Opportunities at the 2013 ISHR World Congress (Jun 30 - Jul 4, 2013 in San Diego, CA)

The ECI Pre-Congress Event (Sunday, June 30, 2013) is open to ECI trainees from ISHR worldwide! This event, organized by Dr. James Bell from the University of Melbourne, will provide you with a unique forum for training in scientific presentation skills and will promote scientific discussion as first steps in initiating your future collaborations. During the Congress, several poster presenters will receive monetary awards from the ISHR International Council for outstanding scientific research. If you are an ECI (within 6 years of terminal degree), please indicate that you would like to participate in the ISHR-Intl Poster Competition by checking the appropriate box during the abstract submission process  (Abstract Deadline: May 15).

In addition, Oral Podium Presentations will be awarded to several Junior Faculty/Senior ECIs after evaluation of their submitted abstracts by a panel of reviewers. In addition, the ISHR Scientific Program Committee will select a group of Junior Facutly/Senior ECIs to co-chair as moderators for select Symposia.
